If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund or exchange according to our Returns Policy.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders that we have already confirmed.

Payment Methods

By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your order (including taxes, shipping, and handling) to that payment method.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation that the goods have been dispatched.

We ship globally, excluding Asia and a few remote regions. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.

Once your order is shipped, delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather events, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Horse Gear World pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our detailed Returns & Exchanges Policy on our homepage for specific instructions.

Key points include:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt for most unused, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on certain product categories including opened Fly Sprays and Insect Repellents, Hoof Care products, Grooming items, Emergency Supplies, Feed and Bedding, and opened Fly and Rodent Control products
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

The Horse Gear World website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Horse Gear World, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website, except as follows:
