If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns and exchanges policy is designed with your convenience in mind.

Our Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unused, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached within 15 days of receipt. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Please Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following product categories:
  • Fly Sprays and Insect Repellents (opened or used)
  • Hoof Care products (opened containers)
  • Grooming items (used brushes, opened products)
  • Emergency Supplies (for health and safety reasons)
  • Feed and Bedding (opened bags)
  • Opened Fly and Rodent Control products
All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.

Simple Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Request Your Return/Exchange Authorization

Initiate the process by contacting our customer care team within 15 days of receiving your order. Email us at [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Receive Instructions & Authorization (RMA Number)

Within 1-2 business days, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not ship returns back without an RMA number, as we cannot process unauthorized returns.

Step 3: Pack and Ship Your Return

Securely pack the unused item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip inside the box. Ship the package to the address we provide using a trackable shipping method. Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Step 4: We Process Your Request

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will process your request.

  • For Exchanges: We will ship out your new item promptly using your original shipping method.
  • For Refunds: We will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

Refund Timing & Methods

Refunds are processed immediately upon approval of your return. However, please allow your bank or credit card company 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account after you receive our confirmation email. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product due to our error, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologize for the error and provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item, and we will expedite the correct replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
