Freedom Feeder Slow Feed Hay Nets come in several sizes with 2 sizes of mesh openings to suit your horse’s needs. The Freedom Feeder allows your horse to eat slowly, as if he was grazing in a pasture. The continual slow feeding throughout the day is the more natural way for a horse to eat. Horses that are allowed to eat slowly and steadily experience fewer digestive and behavioral problems. Slow feeding is recommended to prevent ulcers, colic, boredom, and vices.

The Freedom Feeder Slow Feed Hay Net comes in a Trailer size for your horse trailer hauling needs. It can hold 2 flakes of hay and has 1.5″ openings. Includes a carabiner for hanging.
The Day size has either 1″ or 1.5″ openings and is designed for a full day of hay. It has a draw cord closure that measures 40 x 30 and holds up to 25 pounds of hay. It comes complete with a large carabiner for hanging and a spares kit with repair cord.
The Extended Day version can hold approximately 6 flakes of hay and has 1″ openings. This net has 4 break-away carabiners for closure, 2 for hanging. Includes spares kit with 2 optional cords for hanging or to weave through the top to create a traditional drawstring bag, 1 replacement break-away carabiner and a repair cord. Made in USA.
